Shipping policy
- Shipping: (Australia wide only)
- Orders are shipped via Australia Express Post.
- Free shipping is offered for orders over AUD$65.00.
- For orders under $65.00, a shipping fee of AUD$12.00 applies.
- Delivery time: Approximately 1-3 working days (but is not guaranteed).
- Orders are shipped using insulated wrapping & ice packs during warmer months.
- We do not accept liability for melted products once delivered.
- We recommend delivery destination leave an insulated container with ice pack in a safe place if they will not be present to receive delivery.
- Order processing:
- Most orders will ship out within 1-7 business days of ordering.
- Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping.
- May take up to 48 hours to process.
- No shipping from Friday to Sunday or public holidays.
- Responsibility:
- PogBalls cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, extreme heat, service interruptions, etc.
- PogBalls cannot be held responsible for any parcels left unattended at a property address.
- Pick up from business premises:
- By appointment only.
- Delivery within a 20km radius from our business premises. Fee AUD $5.00 applies. Only available on Fridays. Not on Public Holidays.
